In a resolute commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, BOTTA EcoPackaging is proud to announce its participation in the MENTOR 2 project. This initiative, dedicated to empowering youth through migration and mobility, is set to create new avenues for collaboration and exchange between Italy, Morocco, and Tunisia.
The MENTOR 2 project, generously funded by the European Mobility Partnership and skillfully managed by ICMPD and Comune di Milano, marks a significant progression from its predecessor, MENTOR 1. With a focus on circular mobility and migration for study and work, the project aims to enhance the skills and employability of young individuals from partner countries through professional internships in Milan and Turin.
As a company driven by sustainability, BOTTA EcoPackaging is thrilled to align itself with the MENTOR 2 project, viewing it as a testament to their commitment to social responsibility and positive impact. “We firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for creating a fair, respectful, and productive work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and performance,” said Lara BOTTA, VP of BOTTA EcoPackaging.
The MENTOR 2 project resonates deeply with BOTTA EcoPackaging’s values of social responsibility and positive impact. For the company, it’s not just about product sustainability, represented by their eco-friendly packaging; it’s about empowering young talents across borders through social responsibility.
This year, BOTTA EcoPackaging is delighted to welcome Yassine from Tunisia as their intern, exemplifying the practical realization of the project’s goals. The company looks forward to contributing to the broader objectives of MENTOR 2 and continuing its mission of sustainability and social impact.
